FIFTY-FIVE DAYS OF NOTICING

Personal experiment focused on the power of paying attention to everyday moments that often pass by unnoticed. For fifty-five days, I illustrated and recorded the minute details of my life—from the chaotic thoughts that swirled in my head late at night, to the things I ate and placed I traveled, the conversations I overheard while eavesdropping, and everything in between. I then analyzed, annotated, and narrated my experience in the margins of the pages, creating a book within a book that shows the uncertainty and vulnerability that comes with embracing life’s chaotic, beautiful, and fleeting moments head on.
